Product liability includes traceability which requires products to be marked properly. Varying lettering and the trend to small batches require a high level of flexibility. These requirements can be satisfied to a qualitatively high level and very economically by laser marking. Lasers offer permanent marking for a wide range of materials which is highly abrasion-resistant, gentle on materials, easy and kind to the environment.

Work pieces made of metal, plastics and ceramics, coated materials and even the smallest electronic components can be marked quickly and efficiently. The quality of lettering is adjusted according to requirements and material via beam power, pulse frequency or wavelength.
The excellent beam quality of the marking lasers used at itec results in a precise, even typeface for markings in the smallest spaces. The laser is freely programmable to accommodate all layouts (e.g. logos for advertising material) and changing lettering, for example serial numbers.
We need you to supply us with a graphics, font, image or text file. If you do not have these files, an image of the lettering or the layout is sufficient. We can create the file for you.
